The Hamilton Hydro Services Meter Service Department is one of the few meter service departments in Canada to have received ISO 9001 registration. The Department is also accredited to measurement Canada's S-A-01 Standard and certified under the Independent Electricity Market Operator (IMO) as a Meter Service Provider (MSP).

The Meter Service Department provides a full line of services to clients ranging from smaller utilities to large industries such as major automobile manufacturers, paper mills and steel companies.
